Hi. I’m Daniel Bell, founder and owner of Bell Financial Solutions. I’ve been in the mortgage business for as long as I can remember. As a buyer, I bought the first property in my portfolio aged 18. And, as a lender, I’m proud to say I was Barclays youngest-ever branch manager.

My experience on both sides of the mortgage market showed me that something was missing. A complete advice and support service that made mortgages easy - enjoyable even. So I set up as a mortgage advisor in Manchester, to provide the exceptional level of solution-focused insight and assistance my award-winning team has become known for.

My life isn’t nine-to-five and neither is yours. That’s why I work flexibly, taking calls at nine o’clock at night and picking up emails over the weekend. Just another example of the way I take the stress out of mortgages.

I’ve worked in the mortgage industry since 2003 in roles including underwriting, broking and now as a mortgage adviser in Liverpool city centre for Bell Financial Solutions. Work with me and you can expect friendly, personal service and accurate advice to help you make the right choices for you.

My reputation is built on trust and most of my work comes from referrals. A career highlight was arranging mortgages for a client, his brother and his best friend all within the same neighbourhood. It feels good knowing that people trust me to take care of the most important transaction of their lives and that they’re happy to recommend me to their loved ones.

I have worked within the property and mortgage industry for over 10 years starting as a sales and lettings negotiator within an estate agent, giving me a fantastic insight into the full property chain from start to finish. This is where my real interest in the mortgage & protection world began.

I have been a qualified mortgage adviser since 2020, & I enjoy building a rapport with clients as I know this is going to be the biggest purchase of their life. My goal is relieve any stresses and to be the ‘go to adviser’ helping family generations to come, with first house purchases right up to their last, protecting the roof over their head every step of the way.

When I’m not working, I enjoy walks with my Chug Bella (Chihuahua and Pug), visiting new countries with my boyfriend Dan and the enjoying the gym.

I’ve operated behind the scenes, from day one, keeping the business working smoothly with my amazing organisational skills. I deal with all the paperwork so you don’t have to. And I provide the follow-up support and after-sales care that takes our service to the next level. 

I love a colour-coded spreadsheet and a fancy formula to make sure everything works as it should. But really, my role is allowing Daniel, Rachel and Liberty to focus on what they do best - supporting our customers and finding solutions to their mortgage problems. 

I have worked as a mortgage administrator for the past 3 years and love my job, before which I worked in lettings giving me an insight into the estate agency side of the business. My passion lies in looking after clients from the very beginning and helping them understand everything there is to know about their new mortgage. I am always there; every step of the way answering any questions or queries and chasing solicitors, estate agents and 3^rd parties is my mission and determination throughout my day.

When I am not working, I spend my time looking after my horses and riding as well as enjoying lots of family time.

Before joining the team and becoming a personal assistant to our advisers, my background consisted of underwriting for 2nd charge mortgage lenders for over 2 years. Knowing how the mortgage process works thoroughly, I can process applications quickly and efficiently & I thrive on helping our clients. Believe it or not, I don’t mind sitting on hold for as long as it takes to deal with the stress and hassle our clients don’t need with any communication between their solicitors or lenders and relaying this in an easy-to-understand way that’s what we do!

When I’m not in the office caring for our clients, I’m more than likely to be out with my pug puppy Jasper or enjoying the company of friends and family.

I operate the business with a complete paws on approach. I may be small but no mortgage enquiry is too big for our team.

When I’m not ruling the boardroom you will find me patrolling Manchester with my fabulous friends and sleeping in the sun.
